Watch Out World...Here I Come!

I am in the process of getting my mission papers ready to submit. I have four friends that recieved their calls this week and with each one, I just get more and more EXCITED to serve the Lord. I am prepared to serve Him wherever He calls me. I can't wait to share my testimony of the gospel with the world. I know it is true, and I know that others can receive the same knowledge through the spirit. I will keep you updated as my status nears completion!!!

You had a Birthday, Shout Hooray!

So Tyler's Birthday was on Tuesday and a lot of his friends were planning a Suprise Party for him, but he seemed to take things into his own hands. Without knowing about his party, he planned a dinner and invited about half of the people who were going to go to his party anyway. Long story short, we had dinner first at Macaroni Grill (very delicious) and then conned him into coming to his old apartment to be surprised and have cake and ice cream. It all turned out perfect in the end. We played Rock Band and just talked. I love my brother and I was so happy that he was able to have a good birthday. Happy Birthday Bro!

Let it snow...NOT!

So day two of semester two is complete and all I have to say is that I think I am already sick of the snow! It has been going non-stop since Sunday. Global Warming would be really nice about right now...
As for my classes, I am really excited. There is going to be a lot of reading, as I thought there would be, but I am still eager to learn the information. I am especially thrilled about my Spanish conversation class because it is so small and the teacher seems really funny. Until next time, I am out.
And if you don't hear from me, I probably got attacked by the Abominable Snowman. I swear he lives in the giant snow mounds on campus...
At least the snow is pretty though right?

So the Blogging Begins...

So I broke down and did it: I got a blog. I will now attempt to make the mundane day to day seem so awesome and exciting you'll have to shout hooray! Okay, so not really. But I will keep you updated on the "college experience" as it unfolds this semester at BYU, hopefully with frequent pictures and recaps of both funny and spiritual experiences.

One of my New Year Resolutions was to keep a journal, and I think it will be much easier for me to do so online than by any other means. This year will be quite the year to remember as I finish up my first year of college and I prepare for my mission. Let's hope that all goes well as I begin one of the most important years of my life.
